Return/Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made in regards to size issues within 10 days of purchase for the same item so long as item is returned in its original condition. All exchanges are subject to management approval. Returns and refunds are made at the discretion of management and are not guaranteed.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You must return your items to the address below within 10 days from the day you received your package. Please write a note including your order # along with instructions if you are returning the item or making an exchange. Please include full name along with return address information. If request for exchange are no longer in stock you will receive your refund in the original form of payment ($5.99 handling & processing fee included). Unfortunately, duties, taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery
All domestic and Canada orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. International customers are responsible for custom duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout.
Please allow 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 5-8 business days for delivery.
